From first review to completed interior
A clear, staged approach—designed for Florentine apartments where wall conditions, shutter daylight, and heritage constraints must be understood before any finish is specified.
Send floor plans, photographs, and a brief description of your apartment and goals. We reply within two business days with suggested scope and fee estimate.
We visit your apartment to assess wall conditions, shutter positions, beam locations, and existing furniture. This meeting confirms scope and timeline.
Layout proposals, fresco-aware finish palettes, and kitchen living spine or bedroom suite plans presented for your feedback. Typically two revision rounds included.
Detailed drawings, finish schedules, lighting plans, and supplier shortlists prepared for contractor handover. Antique placement drawings where relevant.
Site visits during works to verify finishes, joinery details, and shutter integration. We remain your single design contact until completion.
Room refresh: two to four weeks. Bedroom suites and kitchen spines: four to eight weeks. Partial and full apartment concepts: eight to fourteen weeks. Timelines extend when heritage review or building administrator approval is required.
Floor plans (even hand-drawn), photographs of each room, dimensions of key antique pieces, and clarity on budget boundaries for construction and furnishings. The more we know upfront, the sharper the concept.
The first on-site visit is where we read your apartment's character—light, walls, flow. Schedule when you are ready.
