These Terms of Service govern your use of the Interni Oltrarno website and the interior design services offered by Interni Oltrarno, Via de' Guicciardini 18, 50125 Firenze, Italy.
Interni Oltrarno provides residential interior design services for Florence apartments and townhouses, including full apartment concepts, kitchen living spines, bedroom suites, room refreshes, and design advisory sessions. Specific scope, fees, and timelines are defined in individual written proposals and contracts.
Fee estimates on this website (including €150/h advisory, €1,100 room refresh, €2,200 bedroom suites, €3,400 kitchen living spines, €6,500 partial concepts, and €9,200 full apartment concepts) are indicative starting points. Binding terms are confirmed only in signed proposals or contracts. A deposit may be required before work commences.
Clients agree to provide accurate floor plans, property access for site visits, timely feedback during revision rounds, and decisions required to maintain project timelines. Delays in client responses may extend delivery dates without liability to Interni Oltrarno.
All design drawings, specifications, and concept materials remain the intellectual property of Interni Oltrarno until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use documentation for the specified project. Designs may not be reproduced, transferred, or reused for other properties without written consent.
Interni Oltrarno provides design documentation and coordination support but does not act as general contractor. Construction quality, timing, and costs are the responsibility of appointed builders and suppliers. We recommend artisans from our network but do not guarantee their availability or performance.
Florence properties may be subject to heritage restrictions, building administrator approval, and structural limitations. Interni Oltrarno designs within known constraints but cannot guarantee approval from third-party authorities. Additional fees may apply if scope changes due to regulatory requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by Italian law, Interni Oltrarno's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for costs arising from construction defects, supplier delays, or client modifications after approval.
Cancellation terms are specified in individual contracts. Work completed up to the cancellation date is invoiced proportionally. Deposits may be non-refundable once concept development has begun, as stated in the proposal.
Website content is provided for information about our interior design services. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all information is complete or current. Unauthorised reproduction of site content is prohibited.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR requirements.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florence (Firenze), Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
